Guard duties
The security guard is the first level of our school, which plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the campus. In order to better maintain campus order, the responsibilities of the gatekeeper are as follows:
1、 When students go out, they should verify their identity, check and collect the leave application form. The leave application form must be signed by the Political and Educational Department, and the number of people going out should be indicated in capital letters. Otherwise, they cannot be allowed to leave.
2、 Non members of our school should verify their identity and register when entering the school. If necessary, they should contact the receptionist and obtain their consent before entering. If students from other schools or young people come to our school, they should first notify the Political and Educational Affairs Office by phone. Only with the consent of the Political and Educational Affairs Office can they enter. The guest registration form should be collected when leaving.
3、 Normally, the door should be locked to prevent students from wandering around and outsiders from directly entering the campus, which may pose a safety hazard to the school.
4、 High vigilance and strong sensitivity are required. Vehicles and personnel entering and exiting the school gate should be promptly opened, and suspicious individuals, vehicles, and situations should be promptly and properly disposed of and reported.
5、 Maintain good order at the entrance and maintain hygiene inside and outside the environment.
6、 Students should follow the principle of prescribing medication first and then receiving injections and infusions when seeking medical treatment, to prevent students from groaning without illness and those with minor illnesses and serious health problems from appearing.
7、 Familiarize oneself with the surrounding environment of the campus, understand the social situation, and handle internal and external relationships well.
8、 Before leaving work, hand over to Master Gu and explain relevant matters, especially unfinished tasks and the spirit of leadership instructions.
