Regulations on the Work of Class Teachers
The homeroom teacher is the organizer, educator, and guide of the class collective, as well as a capable assistant for school leaders to implement educational and teaching plans. The homeroom teacher plays a mentor role in the comprehensive and healthy growth of students, and has the function of coordinating various educational work in the class and communicating with the school, family, and social education to establish connections and bridges.
In order to continuously improve the quality of the class teacher team, strengthen the team's youthfulness, knowledge, scientificity, standardization, transformation from management oriented to scientific research oriented, and from transactional to expert oriented, and build a capable, well performing, and high-quality class teacher team, the following specific provisions are hereby established:
1. Appointment: Nominations from the Education Department shall be directly appointed and approved by the principal.
2. Employment term: One year.
3. Job responsibilities of class teacher:
(1) Under the leadership of the Education Department, General Affairs Department, and Enrollment and Employment Department, conscientiously complete the assigned tasks
(2) Pay attention to class construction, cultivate a good class atmosphere, grasp the ideological dynamics of students, grasp the pulse of their thinking, and timely contact parents. Carry out ideological work for students.
(3) Efforts should be made to educate students on their ideological, political, and moral qualities; Strengthen the management of daily hygiene discipline for students, guide their learning methods, and cultivate their habit of self-directed learning; Guide the work of the Communist Youth League in the class, select and cultivate students well, and manage class cadres well.
(4) Efforts should be made to promote students' physical activities, improve their physical fitness, and creatively promote their physical and mental health activities. Psychological counseling and vocational education guidance should also be emphasized.
4. Job requirements:
(1) Must comply with the work arrangements of the school, education department, general affairs department, and enrollment and employment department.
(2) I love the work of a homeroom teacher and actively invest my passion into educational work.
(3) Establishing a people-oriented mindset, caring for and caring for students, protecting students, and building a harmonious and democratic friendship style teacher-student relationship.
(4) Education should be balanced between leniency and severity, rewards and punishments should be appropriate and fair, and class affairs should be handled openly.
(5) Continuously strengthen theoretical learning, transform educational concepts, constantly improve personal qualities, and keep up with the times.
(6) Actively participate in the school's class teacher training, continuously improve work level, attend various class teacher meetings on time, bring a notebook, and avoid being late or leaving early, and do not do anything unrelated to the meeting.
(7) Timely payment of various forms, funds, plan summaries, experience materials (once per semester), and class manuals (once a month).
(8) Manage the funds within the class according to the school's requirements, and use the funds effectively based on the principle of conservation.
(9) Participate in various activities, competitions, and cultural and sports activities according to the requirements of vocational schools.
(10) Attend school meetings as required, arrange seating, and manage the discipline of the class venue by sitting at the back of the team.
(11) Every year, we will carry out the selection of excellent and outstanding students.
(12) Attend flag raising every Monday on time and stand at the front of the queue.
(13) Manage the cleanliness of the classroom and dormitory, self-study discipline, hairstyle and clothing, conduct regular inspections every morning, afternoon, and evening, and provide education at all times to ensure that students grow up in a comfortable, beautiful, and harmonious environment.
(14) The class teacher must be on duty on time for morning exercises, break time exercises, and vision care exercises.
(15) Strictly implement the student leave system.
(16) Clean the classroom, dormitory, and environment on Monday to ensure cleanliness and cleanliness.
(17) Carefully evaluate the moral education work of this class and fill out the home school contact letter.
(18) For disciplined students, do a good job of transformation and help with educational work.

5. Rights:
(1) Has the right to provide opinions and suggestions to the grade, education department, enrollment and employment department, and general affairs department.
(2) Has the right to question the results of class quantitative management and the resulting subsidies.
(3) Has the right to express dissatisfaction, opinions or suggestions to the principal and the education department.
(4) Has the right to suggest rewards and punishments for students in this class.
6. Benefits:

(3) Priority should be given in the evaluation process.
7. Rewards and punishments:
(1) Classroom teachers who excel in class work will be evaluated every semester, and sanctions and rewards will be imposed.
(2) Excellent performers can receive an annual salary promotion of yuan.
(3) For those who do not comply with school arrangements, do not work as class teachers, or slack off in their work, necessary criticism and punishment shall be given.
